How is everybody doing ..??? i guess most of the FSW 2014 candidates would have got the Visa or PPR or Decision made.. congratulations to all of those and all the best for people waiting...

I landed in canada in last week of May and it has been two months now ... if somebody has any questions... shoot and i will try to answer them to the best of my knowledge and experience.

Are you a single immigrant or with family. Actually im looking for some information on how to get admission in school. Im planning to land in oct2015 n will take my son in march or april 2016 after his sessions over. He is 7 yrs old. What best we can do to get admission. Willl they take him to next grade or the same which he will clear now. Im really unsure, any info or link would be of great help.

There are many many others who are waiting for PPR after DM for more than a month now....

In the past couple of days a new trend has been observed in eCas, in which many applicants whose Medicals has been received by the visa officer, were expecting Passport Request, has been surprised with the "Decision Made" status.

Hi Folks,

I received my Passport Request from CHC New Delhi on May 22nd and sent the passports on 2nd June. Its been 6 weeks and there has been no further update. I am beginning to get anxious. Any Idea what might be causing the delays. Could there be something that's gone awry at such advanced stages.


This step is taking forever.. and the anxiety is killing me...

I am getting a very good offer with KLM Airlines from Bangalore to Edmonton. Any one has got any experience with them? I mean their service, facilities etc. I never use to fly with them before and since I have 1year old baby with me I want to know if it will be a good decision to book with them.

They admit a child as per the age. You can look at any of their school's website and contact them regarding your query. And If you take your child now then you'll also start getting govt's child benefit right away so plan accordingly.

no one knows for sure..it maybe n may not..we can only speculate n presume from past data n spreadsheet..

More than 6 month of SLU but no MR yet. fade up with waiting. I have written mail to NDVO and got reply that it is pending for further verifications. How much time does it take for verification? 6 month -1 year or more? anyone has idea?

KLM flight route is set via US and you need trasit VISA for yourself and family for travelling from this flight. So be careful before booking.

Can you tell me how much funds do i need to carry for a family of three? i am planning to land in sept alone? How did you take the funds with you? A travellers cheque or through that account with scotiabank. Please share what else do we need to carry.

No brother, Its Bangalore>New Delhi >Amsterdam >Edmonton. So its not stopping in US. But I am not sure about how is their service.
