Do i need to go for GCMS at this stage ?

I wont suggest spending on GCMS note.
All verification had to be done for you and your spouse, which is already over as you got DM.
They will not be doing background verification for the baby
I strongly feel you will have VISAs this month.

You are almost there, just a little more patience.

What does it mean??

It means your passport has been sent back after VISA stamping.
If you submitted it through VFS, you should be able to collect it from there.

It means NDVO is finished with their work.
Now passport is with VFS guys, if you opted for courier delivery then you should wait else bang the VFS office tomorrow

Hi,

I think there are 2 options:
1. Get to Canada and have the baby delivered there. Does not cause any delays and also the safer easier option.
2. If you decide to fly after the baby is born, you would need to inform the Visa Office. How they will proceed is not so clear. Some ppl suggest that they will cancel ur VISAs and start afresh. Some say only you and wife can go to Canada and there has to be a fresh application for the baby.

This is a very tricky and unpleasent situation.

Hence, I would suggest one of these 2 approaches:
i. Go to Canada, and get the baby delivered. Given the mother is medically okay to fly.
ii. Inform VO of the expected baby now. And by now, I mean immediately. This way, they can decide to put your application on hold.
Hence, you do not get the VISA now, but your application is still valid. You can then add details related to baby and get VISA for all 3 of you.

You can not fly with baby due in another 2 months ,as no airways allow you to fly if one is in her 6 month of pregnancy. But if your are in ur 3-4 month , then u can conceal the fact from airways and land there and get delivered in canada . in this case your baby will be born citizen.

Also what i ready some where on cic website, If there is change in family after you r stamped and before you fly, one has to inform CIC as your visa & COPR will become invalid and they have to issue a new visa and COPR for the complete family , as in ur COPR ur kid is also mentioned. and in this case your complete processing will take another 3-4 months easily.

But a heads up: if u plan to travel nw and get delivery in canada, then only two places one is alberta another one i dnt remember the name , gives u medical coverage from first day of landing for other states like ON an etc it takes three months to get government medical insurance and till then u have to dig deep in ur pocket .. a delivery will cost somewhere 2-3k

No, just the VISA phase will be cancelled.
You will again need to resume from MR stage.

But I strongly suggest you get in touch with your Visa Office and discuss the situation.

No, they wont ask for PCC. They will ask for COPR, Passport

Friends...Regarding the Driving License Extract..
Is it mandatory to get the extract in RTO letter head.....Some RTOs are providing it in plain paper with sign and seal..Does it really matter????

Yes you can why not. Just shoot them an email and they will surely reply.

Yes, of course you can.

Just tell them the whole story and ask them to advise the best way forward. Once you have made it to the cap, there can be delays, but they wont deny you a PR as long as all documents are in order.
