hi i have completed btech 2010 now i have 3 years of gap and 1 and half year of exp in an organization i have only exp letter stating my joining and relieving dates is it ok or shall i have to give payslips form 16 etc

Hi,

In my case as i submited my application soon after resigning from company, I didn't have any experience letter. I submitted attested copy of my Joinig date, Releasing date and print outs of my last 3 mnths salry slip and last 2 years of ITR. FORM 16, i didn't submit.

pay slips and IT returns r better than exp letter but if u dont have those then u dont have any option and attach exp letter....but i would suggest attach IT returns or pay slips

I have similar situation and confused too.Do I need to mention job duties performed at my current or only period of employment enough.Although I have form 16 and tax returns.someone if possible suggest content of experience letter.

Guys..form 16 and an employment letter which shows only ur period of employment is enough. You can also attach ur offer letters . Its not mandatory .. but good to show ur work related docs.

Hi,

If you don't have anything else. Then add it.
Remember if they found that the docs is fake.
Then can ban you for 2-5 years.
Don't worry, then don't check such docs closely. But still warning you.

Pls understand that nothing is mentioned in the check list for any exp certificate/Salary slips etc.
Whatever you have as a valid doc to prove your gap/exp, attach that.

Don't be worried and apply with confidence.....Best of Luck
