Have your employer apply for a new LMO then you apply for a new work permit once a positive LMO is received. Your employer must start with the recruitment efforts now (advertising with the job bank and another website or major daily for at least 14 day). If no Canadian citizen or PR applied or qualified then your employer can proceed with the LMO app in your favour.

my employer wants me to go with them on a vacation trip in US this coming spring break, and we're currently applying for US visa, but I noticed there's something on my work permit that says, "this does not authorized re-entry".
does it mean, once i get out from canada, i cannot go back?.. wahh.. help me..

1. If you require a TRV to enter Canada, as long as you only go to the US or St. Pierre et Miquelon you will be re-admitted as long as your work permit is valid.
2. If you don't require a TRV, then you can travel where ever you wish.
