re-entry through student visa

I had 3 yrs study in Canada and came back to india due to family problems. I have got acceptance letter fro Fleming college in biotech- forensic course. I am doctor in India , i wanted to get master of science but could not get. I will try to get once i get in Canada . Will it be any problem in getting visa? please help me with best advises.

Because you have been there and studied for 3 years and came back home shouldnt create any problem if applying again. Visa chances are pretty high.

Thank you . please tell me DO i have to give IELTS/TOEFL again, because fleming college is asking for it. In their website i have seen exemption for language test and i easily qualified for that.

I am not too sure about it but if you meet those requirements then you prolly wont need ielts. But it will be a good idea if you sit in a test again.
