I had applied for a student visa for Centennial College in Toronto. I got into the PG Diploma course- Biotech. Previously I have done B.Sc in Forensic Science from London. I had to wait 1 full year to get into this course due to some con activities done by local counselors/business. I applied for a visa but got rejected stating that- "my proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, the level of establishment, language abilities or your future prospects or plans". Now no one is willing to hear me out. No reply is being provided to any of my emails. They charged administration fees but no one is willing to clear my doubts or anything! I am doing a Post graduate course, the degrees are indeed inter related, level of the establishment is also fine being an SPP College, scored 7.5 bands in IELTS needed 6.5 and I told that I wanted to be a Forensic Biotechnologist. Now my time and money both have been wasted.
Can anyone please advise what are my options?
Thank you.

Your best option is to spend time reading through these forums to understand how to put a stronger application together and then to reapply. I would avoid using a consultant. Before you reapply, order your GCSM notes to see the full details of your refusal.

In terms of legal action, you can appeal the decision. However this will take a long time and cost you many thousands of dollars - with absolutely no guarantee of a positive outcome. You are better off strengthening your application and reapplying.
