Re-entry in Canada

Hello all

I have valid work permit and Temporary Resident Visa.

I want to ask if there are any limit on number of days in foreign land before re-entering Canada. For instance, if i go on vacation for a month in India and come back to Canada, will there be any problem in re-entering.

You are good to come back as long as your work permit and trv are valid.

Please double check that your trv is multiple entry.

You might have to inform your provincial government if you are leaving for more than say 21 days since your health care coverage might not be valid if you are away longer than 21 days in some provinces.

Just confirm it from them.
