re entry in canada on student visa and work permit (urgent)

Hi everyone please help me on this I am so confused..

1) I have valid student visa till september 30, 2012 (multiple entry)..
2) Valid study permit till september30, 2012.
3) I also got my post graduate work permit on 7th june 2012 after completeion of my course in april which is valid for 3 years.

I came to India on 12th june 2012 with my work permit and I am returning back on 18th sep 2012. So, there will be only 12 days left in expiring of my student visa.

my concerns are:-
*) can I re enter before only 12 days left in expiring of my student visa?( i have open work permit also for 3 years )
*) I dont want to get trv from here as it will be more easier to get visa stamped there.
and if no then how many days before you guys suggest me to go back.?

please reply ASAP as i am running out of time

1. your student visa is no longer valid after the issuance of PGWP.
2. you can enter Canada at/before 30th September, after that your only option is to apply for a TRV at Delhi.

I consulted with imamigration consultants and they said you can do so ? ?

i tried calling cic regarding this issue but never get through ?

You got the correct answer. You have PGWP which is valid. You have a TRV that will be valid as long as you enter before it expires. Why do you want to complicate things?

Hi Komal... so did you go to India with a valid student visa and valid PGWP... I am going next month and I have the same case

Just want to confirm so I dont have any problem
