Hi Mother came to Canada on multiple entry visa and her six months staying period gets over by this April 30th.
She is having a valid US visa too.
Can she go to US for a family visit, before April 30th and can come back to Canada within 3 days ? If so when she re-enter to Canada, is it possible to stay in Canada again for another 6 months. Please advice..

She can certainly try. However whether she is allowed back into Canada and for how long will be up to the immigration officer she encounters at the border. If she wants to stay in Canada longer, it may be a better idea to apply for an extension from within Canada.

What happens if the border officer denies entry to canada ? Is she needs to go back from the airport ? What about she showing a valid return ticket dated for coming september 2015. Tnx

This all depends in the officer. They cannot care and deny entry or they can give you entry valid for that date.

One thing for sure... this "if by the last week of my 6 months I go to the US and come back I get another 6 months" is something officials don't like as it is abusing the law. You are trying to bend the rules to avoid using the correct channel (which is to file for a visitor extension) and go through the "easy way". Be careful trying to play it smart.
