Hi there,my inland spousal applocation is going on and i am a long haul trucker. I am on my work permit ,i travel to states mostly is my application going to effect my re entry to canada

You'll find specific threads here that discuss the topic at length. In general, OWP does not authorize for re-entry and it is possible that you may be denied entry for whatever reason at one of those crossings. It's a bit of a gamble for sure. Should you get denied entry your PR application is cancelled.
