Re enter USA after overstayed for extra 4 months

I spent 10 months in US on a B2 visa before crossing to Canada, 4 months oversta, now I'm a Canadian Citizen, what is my chance of entering USA again?

I went to US last week, they sent me to secondary, waited for 1hr 30min. and the officer came out and asked where i was going, I told him i was going to Walden mall in buffalo for two hrs and he gave me back my passport. that was it. I drove to the mall, spent some time and i came back the same day.

You likely won’t have an issue visiting the US. Unless they send you to secondary, but even then it’s unlikely. You will have an issue if you apply for a visa of any kind.

Do you mean like TN visa?
