Mine was 2133. Do you have any cic contact no or emaol whr we can chk the status. Ppl are saying the overall cap is already full by 29th

I have called them twice and each time they told me that my application "cannot be found / not in the system"...
it was my only communication with cic whatsoever...

its been two weeks and no 30. nor 31. dec charge...

second time I asked what does that mean and the lady answered "it is not yet opened"...
