Re CEC P.R application

I completed P.R Application following IMM5610 checklist. Also mentioned my spouse will accompany me. I am residing in canada on work permit and my spouse back home .. do i need to fill the form IMM5484 (TRV)checklist with this P.R application process together.

Really confused with guide page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5609ETOC.asp#5609E7 right at the bottom below mailing your application section. any suggestion please

IMM5484 is a check list for TRV. You do not have to submit that document with your PR application.
