You can enter "Canada live in caregiver agencies" in any search engine and you should find something.
In order to qualify as a live in caregiver, you must either have at least 1 year work experience as a live in caregiver or show that you have taken a 6 month course.
After coming to Canada, you must continue to work as a live in caregiver for at least 2 years. Then you can apply for your PR and apply for an open work permit, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/caregiver/permanent_resident.asp
It is important when you apply that you include all members of your immediate family such as common law partner, spouse and children. If you do not include them on your work permit from the start, it will be hard to include them on your PR application.
