Re-applying under CEC (previously rejected)

Hello,

I was rejected for Express Entry due to insufficient document as I submitted the wrong Police Certificate (I made a very stupid mistake) so I am reapplying and just received an invitation to apply again.

Before applying for PR again, I wanted to confirm a few things and I apologize in advance for many questions!


- Can I resubmit all the documents that I already submitted in March 31st which was 2 - 3 months ago?
- Medical Exam was done in March so I think I will be re-submitting the same document but it has a different EE number. Do you think a letter of explanation would be good sufficient?
- Do I need to get an updated letter of employment with a current date from my current employer?
- Do I need to get an updated proof of financial support (i.e. bank statements)

I am planning on traveling to my home country (S.Korea) next week and will submit the application before my travel so I do not have to get another Police certificate and update travel document. I am wondering if this would be okay since my trip will only be for 2 weeks.

Probably, most of them anyway, e.g. scan of passport - that hasn't changed, education documents, letters from previous employers - most things have not changed. Anything that requires a current signature, of course, should be new...

You can use the same exam, no explanation needed.

Would probably be best, but if you don't need the extra 2 months of experience for anything, then it's not a big deal either.

You posted this in the CEC forum, so presumably you applied under the CEC program. No proof of funds is required. Instead, you upload a brief statement that you are applying under the CEC program -
