Re-applying for visitor visa for my parents from India

Hello All, I applied visitor visa for my parents and my sister back in Feb 2016 and they were given the visa only till Nov 26, 2016. They have visited me 2 time since then.

As the visa is expiring we are in a process of applying the visa again.

Can anyone tell if its okay if we submit the application like 60 days before the expiry date or it has to be 30 days before?

Any help is much appreciated!! I'm planning to submit the file coming weekend. Just want to be sure that there is no harm in that and embassy will process the file as expected!

There's no rule. However, applying too early may result in their new TRV applications being refused as they have valid TRVs. It's best if you apply about 30 days before their current TRVs expire

I would strongly recommend that you do NOT book any tickets until TRVs are issued

What are sort of extra documents you provided for their visitor visa?

What's your current status in Canada? I am planning to apply for visitor visa but do not have any special occasion to show as their reason to issue them TRV.
