my situation: won a work/study program to canada (still need a TRV, not a study permit), so needed to get a TRV. I live in Ukraine and am a Ukrainian citizen, but for the reason of the lack of time had to apply for a TRV in the USA, where I have been for the last 3 months. I was refused. at the same time all 20 other participants of this program (also Ukrainians )applied for a TRV to Canada in Ukraine with the same set of documents I did. all 20 (!!!) were granted a visa. So, in a week I am going back to Ukraine, earlier than planned, to re-appply for a TRV there.
my question: do I need to re-apply to Canadian Embassy in Ukraine with the same set of documents I did to the Canadian Embassy in the US, as my colleagues applied in Ukraine with the same docs and were granted a visa? or do I still need to overcome my points of refusal, in other words to provide additional documents my colleagues did not provide?
Question #2: Do I enclose my refusal letter when I re-apply?
Question #3: How do I answer the questions about " have you ever previously been denied a visa to Canada?provide details" in my application for a TRV???? Do I just rewrite my refusal letter? or explain everything in brief????
Thanks
