Yes after AOR , it cancelled by the CIC based on the non sufficient documents provided (I failed to provide a PCC from outside the country).

My first EE application has been cancelled as well but My second attempt took only 67 days, since AOR to PPR.

If you can tell me why it was declined ?
mine was last year due to CEC ineligibility. trying again next month.
thanks

It was cancelled because I didn't have PCC from one of the country I worked for more than 6 months.

Now my question is if I re apply and get ITA will my documents taken earlier will be valid.

i.e Medical, India PCC etc...

If you didn't visit India after you got India PCC then it should be fine. Medical should be valid for more than 6 months from AOR. You should submit latest employment documents from current employer.

Thanks for responding, sorry I didn't mentioned that I'm from India only and applying from India so does the PCC will be valid ?

In the cancellation letter they have mentioned below points

Documents where validity is important are:

- Upfront medical report: Valid for 12 months from the date of the medical assessment.

- Education Credential Assessment: Must be no more than five years old and issued on

or after the date of designation.

- Language test results: Must be no more than two years old.

- Offer of arranged employment (includes Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)

and letter of employment offer): LMIAs are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Your letter of employment must demonstrate you have a current offer of employment.
My PCC is from India which was taken last October will that be valid (I'm still in India) ? PCC say its valid for one year from the date of issue will CIC consider this ?

The PCC are typically valid for 1 year from the date they are issued, current country of residence, the PCC must be issued NO MORE THAN 6 MONTHS before submission of the e-APR.

As you said, your Indian PCC was taken last October, unfortunately, that PCC is no longer valid.

To be safe, you should re-apply the PCC again before submit.

My application was also cancelled as "cancelled as incomplete" due to lack of "archived" PCC. They cancelled it on April 26, and I passed the medical exam on March 23. I received AOR on February 15. This is the result for my first attempt, which is obviously my fault.

Then I created a new profile and received ITA on May 4 and new AOR on May 15. My question is (if there is someone with a similar history) is it going to take months for my medical status to be passed again for this time? Since I am applying with the same medicals. I mean don`t they have an electronic system which distinguishes the already passed medicals from the fresh ones? Waiting is just killing!
