hello everyone! we are going to re-apply our application after 2 year before we lost appeal hearning , the reason was get refuse were they think our married is ‘not genuine' different age 7 years between me and my wife " they say i want to use her just for move to canada ,,,we have been together since 6 years ,,, pls help us if any advices

That's really unfortunate to get refused on that basis. My wife and I have a 8 year age gap between us, I am in the UK as a canadian on a spousal visa and headed back over the pond in August time. What I can only suggest is really provide strong proof your marriage is genuine and sincere. Photos of wedding, that all your families met, vacations together, bills sharing and joint accounts help matters too. I just got AOR for my sponsorship to bring my family to Canada just yesterday so hoping all goes well they will too meet me there in the end. Good luck to you.

It really depends on the VO with regards to age gaps. For eg. large age gaps within Westerner/Filipino couples are quite acceptable (processed out of Manila).
