I got refused for january session in post grad diploma accounting.
Can i apply for may session after changing course to global business management,
And can i apply for visa in january for may session???

You CAN apply for may session in January. There's no such thing as applying too early.

Not applied yet. Haven't received GIC. Yes, going to Douglas if given visa.
