hi guys, need your help.My husband had an interviewed yesterday and was denied. Is it better to re-apply again or I have to appeal?which one is faster?Thank you
Hi LeisaP: Lets say, an applicant has big issues and re-applied later. What if they keep record of that big issues and bring it during the assessment of 2nd application? How does even a big issues could be addressed when someone re-apply? Please write little more for understanding of others in the forum. Thanks in advance.LeisaP said:I agree, if it was something technical and not a huge problem. I would appeal it, rather than start over.
Hi gladiateur: I am sking this on behalf of my friend. He did a mistake in the form regarding 'date' and now there is NO response from Visa office after 18 months.....now he is thinking to re-apply. But confused.....what to do ....I have NO idea how to help him...! He ordered GCMS report but shows no progress.gladiateur19 said:say more about the technical mistake, you shouldn't hide anything if you wanna people help you on this forum, let them understand exactly what happened...
CIC keeps copies of the applications and will compare them.singaporeVO said:Hi LeisaP: Lets say, an applicant has big issues and re-applied later. okay im gonna tell you about a guy i know from morocco who had an interview 2 years ago,and he has been asked question about his history,he couldn't answer one question because he forgot the date, and they haven't denied him,but told him we are contacting you later, after 6 or 7 months he got a call for another interview, and it was another visa officer, and he told him why you didn't wanna answer that question before,he said,i couldn't remember very well and didn't wanna give you a false answer,,,2 months later he got the visa from Rabat visa office,,,singaporeVO said:Hi gladiateur: I am sking this on behalf of my friend. Hi gladiateur: His application is in Singapore visa Office. He is from Thailand. His is now paranoid that they will anyway cancel the application since it sounds like 'frozen' in the visa office !! It is his paranoia merely - as I told him. I will make him read this post of yours, so that he understand the point.gladiateur19 said:okay im gonna tell you about a guy i know from morocco who had an interview 2 years ago,and he has been asked question about his history,he couldn't answer one question because he forgot the date, and they haven't denied him,but told him we are contacting you later, after 6 or 7 months he got a call for another interview, and it was another visa officer, and he told him why you didn't wanna answer that question before,he said,i couldn't remember very well and didn't wanna give you a false answer,,,2 months later he got the visa from Rabat visa office,,,
he mentioned in his form that he had worked and had training in different places,so he couldn't remember the dates very well...but it wasn't a reason to deny him...
which visa office your friend is dealing with?and since there is no answer yet,,,then why do you think he should re-apply!!!!!!!
If you have made any errors on the application...confused dates or documents you should send in the correction while the application is still under review. People make mistakes what you don't want to happen is have the VO think you are deliberately trying to mislead them. Full disclosure warts and all is the best thing.singaporeVO said:Hi gladiateur: His application is in Singapore visa Office. He is from Thailand. secondly, he thinks he will correct the mistake by re-applying it. Though it did not make sense to me but he is overly curious.
first of all,the process timing for Singapore visa office is 26 months ,so this makes sens,he still has time to wait, and i dont advice him to re apply without knowing anything yet about the 1st one,,,you can't apply 2 times for the same thing,,,he should be careful,,,singaporeVO said:Hi gladiateur: His application is in Singapore visa Office. Thank you so much, gladiateur19. I appreciate your help. Now I got one more question. Can Applicant change her/his mailing address to Sponsor's address? Because applicant lives in a remote village where the postal mail usually get lost. Visa office might send the package of evidences back to applicant with PPR.....and applicant might miss the mail. What is the best option in this type of cases? Please help. Thank you so much, CanadianJeepguy. I appreciate your help. I might have the same question to you about changing mailing address to sponsor's mailing. Is it okay. I asked the same question to gladiateur.CanadianJeepGuy said:If you have made any errors on the application...confused dates or documents you should send in the correction while the application is still under review.
