re-apply on what basis

Hi there,

I have completed 10th in 2008 and 12th in 2010
Done IELTS with 6.5 overall not less than 6 in any module.

I applied in Sept 2011 under SPP in Seneca college for International business management but refused by saying that " you have not satisfied me that you'll not leave canada because your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies...................and so on.

I got refusal on june 16.
Later i taken admission at Chandigarh university to continue my studies here in India....but now after a year i feel quitting here and want to go canada.

So guys and respectable senior members please suggest me what to do?
Should i change the course? And definitely i'm not going to seneca college this time but please suggest me good course related to my previous studies... My previous qualifications subjects are: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Computer.....

And yes friends now i am general applicant so please tell me what documents do i need to apply......

Moreove and most importantly send me some convincing SOP letter which helps to solve my complications in my case.......

So, now choose college or university and course and go for that..............there is not need to ask someone ki Which course I should choose. ASK THAT yourself ???

I think that refusal is due to some foolish consultant of jalandhar or chandigarh........

So bro go for PS level course this time . You will get it definately.

Thanks guys actually the agent is from amritsar and it was kind of blind faith on him that i havn't checked my file even i wasn't much serious that time but now i'm quitting herre.......so i want to move canada for higher studies..
