Re-Apply For Work Permit

Hello Everyone!

I am waiting for my hearing decision;it was held in April and Board member told me that l will get the answer by mail. As per my lawyer it doesn’t take much time. It’s been twom months now.
But, the thing is my Work Permit is expiring in August.
Should I re-apply for my work permit or wait for my decision ?

What is the best way to re-apply for work permit?
Please suggest!

Hello shabaz,

First of all good luck, I hope you'll get positive decision from IRB.
you can apply your work permit online, you don't have to wait for your hearing decision. It has nothing to do with your hearing. after you get your decision you have to wait for your PR 30 months. If you want to work you required to have a valid work permit and SIN.
