Re-apply for Permanent Immigration

I applied for Permanent Immigration and my visa was refused for the reason that i do not have enough points (65). Now i am undergoing post gradutae program (MBA) and wish to apply again. My score in IELTS was 5. I wish to know whether it will required to write again the IELTS & also tell me other ways to increaase my points.

My score in IELTS was 5. I wish to know whether it will required to write again the IELTS & also tell me other ways to increaase my points.

1. If the MBA is recognized as a master degree, and is from a recognized school, then you should get an additional 5 points for education.
2. You will probably have to re-take IELTS as your score will be over a year old when your application is assessed.
3. Without a job offer and approved AEO , it is doubtful, depending where you are residing, that your new application will be assessed in less than 3 years. Note that without an approved job offer, you will be submitting a Simplified Application.
