Re-apply for Immigration

Hi All,

Is there any time duration for reapply for immegration, my case has been rejected and i am wondering if i can apply right now or have to wait for certain time?

Hi Jamal sorry to hear you got a refusal, was it an inland or outland application? and also if not too personal can you say why you were refused?

Very sorry to hear about your refusal. There is no time limit required before you can re-apply.

But before going and re-applying you need to be sure that your new application will be substantially different than the original application, otherwise you risk being rejected again. For instance if you were rejected because CIC didn't feel that you have a genuine relationship, then you will need to give additional proof that your relationship is in fact genuine and continuing. If you were rejected for a reason that cannot be overcome (e.g. the sponsor is ineligible) then there is no point re-applying unless your circumstances are different. Without knowing the reason for your refusal it is hard to tell whether you should apply again at this point. Can you explain why your application was rejected?

Thanks you soo much for your response.. I got the refusal latter, in this latter at the very bottom they state :

"you have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: 1111 accountant. Although this NOC codes correspond to the occupation specified in the instruction, you do not have a minimum of one year of continuous full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience or in this occupation in the last ten years. As such, your application in not eligible to be processed"

Please advice how i can proceed if i want to apply again, what point I should keep in mind.

Is this application for family sponsorship or for skilled worker?

Is the message in regard to the sponsor or the applicant? Who are you sponsoring? A spouse, a parent? Who? I'm afraid you have to give more information in order to help you.

Sorry BlueDragon17846 I got confuse on last question - basically I applied in Skill Worker category and got some extra point because of my brother he is in Canada...
