Re apply before existing application get refused

hi all,
I am kind of sure that my CEC application will get refused. I miscalculated my experience time. My job started in July,2012 after the completion of degree requirement. However, my convocation was done in September, 2012. I applied based on my job experience starting from July, 2012. Many applications in the similar situations in this forum already got refused. As it will take quite some time to get refusal letter, I am wondering if I can reapply before waiting for the decision of my existing application. I am fully eligible now.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

u have to cancel the old application first and then reapply. note that ur documents will not be returned to u because it is now cic property.

I got refusal too because of same reason.
