re apply and appeal

My case is rejected.It was spousal case. can anyone guide that can we re apply following appeal?

You either reapply OR appeal. So long as something has changed why not simply reapply? Why were you rejected?

You should re-apply. Your case looks like it was purely your husband's fault as his ex was getting welfare and he didn't pay it back on time, so an appeal would be a waste of time. Appeals are basically a way of saying, "CIC you were wrong in your decision, and we have proof that your decision was wrong." But in your case, your husband was 100% at fault for what happened by not repaying the welfare back on time.

Oh this is that one. Yes 'm' is right, an appeal would lose as the correct legal decision was made at the time. Better to just get sorted out and reapply.
