Re-applied under general!!! Query....plss comment

Hello guyz!!!
I hav re-applied fo study permit on 2dec....at vfs ahmd....dey said it would take 15days!!!

I hav seen many post frm ppl who hav got reply aftr 3//4weeks!!!
It is common or only in some cases???????
Processing in general category takes more tym den spp???????

They say it will take about 15 days .. Even i hv re-applied on 4dec. Under non spp
And worried abt the time they will take
Spp takes only 7 working days

And try calling vfs helpline fo ur status!!
