Please advise what should we do... my husband and son just landed India for vacation and I am here in Canada..

Should I tell them to courier passport and than submit all passports here... or what should we do

Don't courier the passports - there is a rule that says you should not send Indian passports internationally by mail. I have also seen on this forum people submitting passports to one office and their dependents to another - not able to find the post now but remember reading it. So basically your husband and son submitting to India office - that could be an option if you explain to CIC they are in India this month.

If you think you may be cutting it too fine, better to call them up and check..
