RCMP Fingerprints -

I lived in Canada for 3 1/2 yrs as a refugee claimant, unfortunately I was denied and asked to leave. Now I'm applying as FSW2 from my home country. My question is: Will I still have to submit fingerprints to the RCMP? I clearly remember the Refugee board took my fingerprints electronically. Will I still be required to submit them to RCMP? Has anyone been through the same situation before ? I kindly ask you for your feedback.
