Yes, i sent them an email. They replied saying they haven’t processed yet and cannot provide the timeline when it would be completed.

where I can enquire status of my fingrprints? can I get an email address please and thank you

I submitted my FPs to the agency on the 16th of March.
I contacted RCMP yesterday and they confirmed that my FPs had been processed on 30th March and the results mailed directly to IRCC Vancouver.

Hi guys, I got a request for fingerprinting on June 25, while I submitted the fingerprints from an agency accredited by RCMP on June 28. Neither have I received a test invite till now, nor have I got acknowledgement for fingerprints received. When should I expect to get the acknowledgement? I'm a little worried that if the fingerprints are received or do I need to follow up with CIC or RCMP. Please advice.

You can follow up with CCRTIS of RCMP division with the DCN number listed on your FP receipt provided either by RCMP or the accredited FP agency. It can take upto a month, if not more for IRCC to open your FP's and process them. Dont worry.

My fingerprint took only few days to show up as received on tracker.
Did you make sure to attached application number and client ID to the agency when you did fingerprint? They gave me form and checked all my information is correct before they submitted my fingerprint.

Thanks for your response. I have that receipt. Although I couldn't find client id on this, the reference number field on this form is having my application number which seems correct.

Did the BG verification change to completed right after FP received?

I got FP request on Jun 14 and did my finger print on Jun 16. Its been a month I don't see any activity on Background Verification. I got my gcms notes extracted as of Jul 13 I dont see any update there as well. However I can see all activity like Test done etc., which are around end of june. Not sure who to check with ?? RCMP whether they completed the request or CIC whether they receive it ? Appreciate any advice.

An acknowledgement will not be sent to you directly. But once the FPS are entered in the system you will be able to see that (and the date on which it happened) on the new tracker. It looks like it is taking about 1 to 1.5 months for that to happen.

I sent an email to the RCMP's email address to ask about the status but haven't even received the automated response.
