RCMP fingerprints from India

Hi, I am received RCMP fingerprint request letter for citizenship background check but I am in India currently and will be back to Canada in 2 months. Do they consider request for extension for another 2 months?
Are there any third party reliable service available in Delhi or nearby cities that can digitize the fingerprints and submit it to RCMP?
