RCMP fingerprints document name and document number help

I'm trying to upload the results to my husband's RCMP fingerprint criminal check onto CIC but not sure what to put for document name and number. It has two numbers on the page, DOCID and DCN. Any help would be appreciated!

aren't you supposed to send the original certificate to the VO ?
The Name is : RCMP Criminal Record Check
Number I'm guessing DCN ( document Number )

No it says scanned copy unless otherwise specified.
DCN stands for document control number so thats why i'm unsure of which number to use.
