RCMP Fingerprint Check confusion

Hi,

So I've applied for PR via spousal class, so far I've been asked for, and have submitted, my medical and police report. 25 days ago CIC asked for clearance based on fingerprints, which I did about a week ago. My problem is, the people at the agency that did my fingerprints told me that the results would be sent directly to CIC via RCMP, but on my online application, there's a file upload required for the RCMP Results, but I don't have those. I have zero clue what to do, and I have 4 days left, if anyone could advise me, I'd be much obliged.

Thanks

RCMP don’t send directly to cic.. they will send the results to your home address and you will upload that on your Mycic. The results from rcmp to your house takes about 3 to 7 business days

But the agency said it'll go straight to CIC, that's why I'm confused. Also, I don't think I can get the results in 4 days, is there a process to contact CIC and request more time?

Hi, my wife is in the same situation, the RCMP now does send it directly to the address given. We contacted the RCMP and they said they sent it and we contacted the cic hotline and they said it wasn't in the system yet. We scanned and kept proof of the application for fingerprints and we also kept the email just in case we need to appeal in something goes wrong, but I do not see any other way to figure out when they receive it.

Hi, I am in the exact same situation! The worst part is that have to go to Australia for a family emergency, so can not call immigration or the RCMP to get any answers.
I was given a receipt type thing to say that I had gotten my fingerprints taken ( which was at a RCMP. They told me they send them electronically but my online account is not showing that)
Do I have to try get a copy of my fingerprints and upload that.
Or can I upload the receipt?
I only have 4 days as well to figure this out while being out of the country
