@scylla or any other expert that can help. I was asked to submit rcmp clearance on june 3rd but i was informed by rcmp that i might not get it in time so i requested an extension to ircc two weeeks ago but haven't heard back. Any idea what happens on june 3rd? Does my application get refused for incompleteness or do they wait till i get my rcmp clearance and submit it? I already reached out to both rcmp and ircc and rcmp told me last week Thursday that ircc is aware of the delay..
They are saying due to Covid they are not providing Timelines. But people who applied on May 4 have already got it.
That's generic response. You can request them to call you back or provide DCN, they do respond back within 2 days by email to let you know if it is still in process. That's how everyone on here were aware their rcmp clearance was either still in process or mailed.
Same way you ask for status by email, you request a call back. Atleast that's what i was told by the manager for single point of contact agents at CCRTIS. They have called me back everytime i requested so far
