Will you be using web form or the place where to upload PCC to submit extension letter. I will wait till May 31 and during evening I will upload letter along with RCMP emails and conformation

I plan to upload it under the my cic account upload document for RCMP section. I am not sure about web form. it might take 10 business day to reach there and counting of long weekend on may 24. I will only have 6 days left from today

Looks like they are not even responding the dispatch date now?

When you contacted them last after 7th May & what they responded?
