Can we see the document which we submitted via webform in our uploaded document section on online portal ? I just received a ghost update where it said Application/profile updated and later changed to submitted again, I was wondering if it was because my document was attached to the file.
My deadline to submit RCMP fingerprint report is Nov 11, ( received ADR on Oct 13) but I haven’t received the report yet.
I Webformed IRCC to extend the deadline submission, but haven’t received any confirmation yet.
Called IRCC today, asking what should I do in this scenario?
They said as you have already informed us and sent us Webform stating delay in receiving RCMP fingerprints report and we have also received receipt for that, so you better wait until you receive actual report and submit it on Portal.
They said no need to send receipt on portal before deadline because otherwise you won’t have option to submit actual report.
I’m worried what should I do?
Should I send receipt on portal? And submit report later via Webform.
Or
Wait until I receive letter and then submit it on portal?
Those of you who got extension for submission, how many days prior did you submit Webform for extension?
Can anyone who has gone through this process help me and guide me. Really appreciated.

Upload the final report on the portal, because later there are too many issues to submit it via webform. Right now you can submit the proof of fingerprints submission via webform

it says "Your request for an RCMP police clearance certificate may be delayed because of a large increase in demand. If this delay has affected you, we’ll automatically extend the deadline to provide the certificate by 30 days. "

That might be the case, I also got a ghost update on Tuesday. My AOR is march 15, 2021, so maybe they started processing March 14- March 20 files.

If you unable to submit RCMP within 30 days they will extend next 30 days automatically, as confirmed by Agent.
I submitted through webform because in my account I uploaded RCMP receipt and extension letter in GCKEY.
But agent said after, that it will automatically extend 30 days if u don't submit your RCMP in your Gckey account. Once u get ur RCMP, you can upload in Gckey.
