Inside Canada...

Providing the charges were withdrawn then you should be ok. Withdrawn charges in Canada do not make you inadmissable. Just wait and see what the report says.

So even thou the charges were withdrawn would he still have a criminal record?

Yes, he would still have a record. There's a record of activity.

"Have you been charged, discharged or pardoned?

This section will help you determine if you are inadmissible if you have been charged, discharged or pardoned.

For charges withdrawn or dismissed:

If the offence occurred in Canada, you are not inadmissible.
If the offence occurred outside Canada, you may be inadmissible."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5312ETOC.asp

You declared everything at submission so just wait.

Ok thank you
I am not sure how long will his clearance take as it is already over a month and nothing. I am suppose to send these back next month.
I am so greatful for your help
Thank you a lot.
I hope for the best while I wait.

Have you called RCMP and asked?

Yes I did call them I actually spoke to a customer service rep who really couldn't talk to me and my son is in school so he wasn't around. She couldn't tell me either how long would it take .

I didn't see fingerscan.ca as an Accredited fingerprint company in the RCMP website.

But anyone familiar with 'Canadian Corps of Commissionaires' (www.commissionaires.ca) at Downtown Toronto? They are listed in the RCMP website (http://www.rcmp-grc.gc.ca/en/who-can-conduct-criminal-record-check).

Otherwise the nearest RCMP police station for me is near Pearson Airport, if anyone is familiar with it.

Can you let me know how much does it cost to get criminal record check? And which one did you get? Criminal record check or VS check?

It all depends on which one you are doing and for what purpose
Fingerprinting cost like $55
The other one without fingerprinting cost like $20

I am asked to to a criminal record check. To be specific : "RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints".

I'm yet to confirm an appointment, but Canada Commissionaires usually charge $75.

Ok if you were asked to do it then go ahead. The commissioners are very good in doing it. They will do it and send it electronically for you.

According to RCMP website, as your son has a fingerprint match (because he has a record) his PCC will take about 120 days. You may need to contact cic and ask for an extension.

So let's say he have a fingerprint match what is that saying he have a criminal record even thou the charges were withdrawn and even what will the report say. This is really very scary.

Yes, he has a record. He was charged with criminal activity. They may have been withdrawn but he was charged. He has a record.

I must say, I've been bullied but managed not to get a police record.
