RCMP clearance needed

I am from India and got my ITA and submitted my application 4 months ago. I uploaded the RCMP clearance and Indian police clearance with my application but I just got a message asking for a replacement. There are 3 new sections in my application for RCMP clearance, Indian police clearance and Letter of Explanation. I am not sure what is wrong about the original copies that I provided as they were pretty recent when I finished my application and were as per the standards required.

ITA was 22nd February.
RCMP Clearance was received on 9th February 2017.
Police Clearance Certificate from India was received on 22nd November 2016.

Call CIC. It is hard to tell because this is specific to your case only.

I have been trying but they hang up because of heavy traffic, I will call them tomorrow morning. How recent the Police Clearance(s) have to be? My AOR is 18th April, RCMP Clearance was received on 9th February 2017 and I had Police Clearance Certificate from India in advance dated on 22nd November 2016.
