Hi all,
In 2014 i moved to canada on student visa but one dreadful night in jan. 2015 was arrested by police and charged with assault . I had to under go counselling and the charges were dropped in sept. 2015
I applied for my PGWP in 2016 and it got approved( i did mention in my application that i was arrested, charged and later charges were dropped so i was not - convicted ).
I have applied for PR (i have mentioned in my application that i was arrested, charged and later charges were dropped ) now and received a request for additional document by IRCC i.e RCMP Certified Criminal Record Check based on fingerprints . But the pain point is that i have been given 60 days by IRCC to upload my document but after doing my research, i found that it might take 120 days for processing the request as i was arrested and my fingerprints might be on record.
I am not sure if i will receive the required document in 60 days and how to proceed with my answer to IRCC ?
