Can any one please let me know what I need to do to get finger print based RCMP certificate. RCMP site mentions that following are the finger print companies :
L-1 Identity Solutions
ClearNeed Information Systems Inc.
Canadian Corps of Commissionaires
XL-ID Solutions (formerly Excellium)
Kindly let me know which process is faster? doing it from above compaines or doing from RCMP directly. If any one had any expereince from above companies in Vancouver, please let me know.
