RCMP asked when already submitted.

Hi

CIC sent me an email, asking me to submit RCMP clearance.I submitted it with my file in June 2014. Do I need to submit again?

I too got the same letter but as per the note mentioned in the mail which says that "disregard if already submitted". So i have just replied with copy of the RCMP certificate to CIC and asked do we need to re-do the RCMP. waiting to hear back from CIC.

Hi! I got the same email from CIC to provide RCMP certified PCC. Do we need to send them again ?
Who did u reply back ? And did you hear back anything from them ?

the second RCMP check request, has CIC asked you to get RCMP check done based on "Name" or based on "fingerprint"?

Even I have got 2 e-mails from CIC requesting for RCMP. I had replied to the first email stating that I have already submitted it along with my application, but yesterday I received the second email. Anyone here received these emails?

submitted two times, first time based on fingerprint, second time based on Name.
RCMP check based on Name can be obtained from police station, it takes 10 minutes.

I have already taken the RCMP last Jun. How do I know if its based on my name or finger print? Now should I go to the Finger print center again and take my RCMP and should I specifically mention them for Name and Fingerprint?

it will be in the e-mail CCI sent you.
" RCMP ...... based on Name as per passport and application"

OR "RCMP .... based on fingerprint"

So did u submit the new RCMP again or u just submitted with the old rcmp? Because I'm facing the same here.I have already submitted RCMP with my application but they have requested again so I'm confused with this...
