Dear People, need to confirm this.

1) for OINP application, who should the work reference letter be addressed to??
my workplace doesn’t give to whom it may concern.

2) receiving OINP doesn’t stop you from receiving ITA if you meet the CRS score right ?
1. Address it to IRCC. OINP would accept it and you also won't need to go back to ask your employer for another letter when you get ITA.

2. Yes, OINP doesn't stop you.

Agree. It's always weird to me to see workplaces and banks being so difficult. "Oh no, we can't give you that letter. We don't do that. Oh no, we can't address that form like you need, We don't do that". Why not? Why not just do it? The person has worked for you for years, or been your paying customer for years. Give them what they need to emigrate easily! :p

Exactly buddy, it cost them nothing more than a paper. They just like to make an extremely easy thing look so difficult.

do i have to create new profile for ITA also i had not not accepted OINP in june? As in i am eligible for next FSW draw if that matches my CRS or for that also i have to create new profile?

For FSW draws you're always eligible based on your CRS score

Hey ITA aspirants ,
Now the butterflies have actually started fluttering in stomach , the nervousness or excitement for upcoming draw has started showing the effect .
I would request all to share their predictions for upcoming draw so that one can feel lil calm hoping favorable outcomes. TIA

Prediction - September 2nd, 2020
All program Draw: 473-474

I don’t know...

there has been more than 1000 PNPs in the last few days.

I might be wrong but it seems provinces are inviting more people. I’m not sure the crs score will go down too soon

1- The 600 points addition take a couple months before they are processed and reflected on the pool
2- I theory, half of them are going in the PNP exclusive draws, taking a way a good chunk of them out of the pool
3- Not everyone accept PNPs, especially people with 470s. And some people might get rejections as well

That's true. I hope points drop to 473-474 like you said

Guys doing OINP I am a bit unclear about somethings:

1. Proof of compensation : Is it ok to upload Just payslips ( first and last month) and most recent promotion letter showing details of my annual compensation and benefits signed by Head HR.

Is it mandatory I show bank statement showing salary payment, are payslips and compensation letter enough?

2. Employment History :

I have about 6 years of experience in the relevant NOC 1111.

Do I have to detail my other employment within the last 10 years.

I was a school teacher before I started working under the NOC 1111 - Auditor

If so , do I really need to upload reference letters for those employment.. they aren't relevant to the NOC which OINP is interested in.

1. Submit it for all years (any three per year). If you're unable to manage, First and last month will work too. Submitting salary credited bank statements are highly recommended.

2. You have to submit employment records for the last 10 years, even if you're not claiming points for any of the employment. In your case, submit the available experience documents of school teacher and explain this point in letter of explanation. You don't need to submit job duties reference letter for this employment period.

Hi.
I submitted my FSW profile with me as the main applicant, a physician, around mid March 2020. I have an update to add, back then I had submitted my profile with an IQAS evaluation number. A few days back I got my MCC evaluation number, being a physician that was required of me, so how do I update this information in my profile? Do I update the whole thing and remove my IQAS number and instead fill the MCC one, but then this way my eligibility and profile submission dates will clash, or do I add the MCC separately?

Also, me and my husband have decided to apply to the SINP. With my husband as the main applicant. We have selected applying as a skilled worker for his profile. Is it going to be an issue that he does not have an Express Entry profile number or presence? (He is the dependent in our FSW profile)
