As IRCC is totally unpredictable, don't rule out anything guys. You never know we may see a FSW draw today and not a CEC. Just being positive, nothing else.

We should just wish tonight's CEC draw will help clear more candidates above 471.

I don't agree. It's going to be CEC. If you pay attention to trends, they have actually been very predictable this past 4weeks or thereabout.

Hopefully. It's highly likely that most of the high scoring candidates for the past weeks or so are CEC. However, some high scoring candidates could also come from other countries that have resumed IELTS testing... China, India, Nigeria - to name, but a few.

Yep. And I just received my WES mail report 6 months after they finished my assessment. I was wondering if the mail was lost on the road. Now that WES is reopened, more candidates will rush into the pool.
But I feel it's a little strange the number of new candidates ranked between 461 and 470 has been small even when things are getting back to normal. But the no.of new entrants with score higher than 471 is fairly large.

Nope. It won't
But again, why you want to take the painstaking route of studies and spending a huge sum of money when your spouse has an active express entry profile?
Try PNPs, Job offers, AINP, and other programs.
Keep the study program as the last option.
I don't see our chances for EE as the draw are quite high! For PNPs, I do not have any connections to show! Job offer means what ? I think very less chances for getting so!

Hello Everybody,
Hope you all are doing well.

My Ielts expired on Aug 18, 2020 as it completed 2 years from the date of test i.e., Aug 18, 2018. My point of concern is that why my CIC account is still valid ? Because once your Ielts expires the CIC profile automatically leads to ineligibility ?

Any input will be appreciated.
Anybody?

My WES evaluation for 2nd bachelor degree was to be done in August 2019.

They evaluated incorrectly and correcting it took 2 months. My CRS point was 464 in August 2019.

When they issued my updated report, the date was October 15th.

It was too late, there was a FST draw on October 16th, which raised the CRS score to 475 in the next draw.

I lost points due to my age in November, 2019 and reduced to 459.

My IELTS expired in June 2020.

The maximum IELTS will put me in 468 now. Not higher.

I was butchered by WES.

End of the story.

Can anybody advise anything on this?

Yes, Nigerian centers opening is a great signal. Hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks, the majority of centers would open up.
