Last name on passport is Naseem
Last name on ID card is Naseem ud din
Last name on IELTS is Naseem ud din

I'm not expecting an ITA today due to my score. I'm on 468 and there are many applicants with 471+ waiting to be picked. Maybe few more draws and I'll get an ITA. I'm actively working on increasing my score though.

I gave my IELTS at BC in KSA and they used my name details as per the ID card
The surname is slightly different than my passport.
What can be done?

Be patient please, there is always chance of no draw. Last time it there was an all program draw it was later than usual, around 12pm EST..

In my history of observing express entry draws (March 2019 till now), I've seen draws being announced all the way from 10 AM Eastern Time to 4 PM Eastern Time. So relax and remain calm.

True, and usually when it delays like this. It will be a general draw.
