"Today’s announcement will help us achieve our 2021 Immigration Levels Plan, which will see Canada welcome 401,000 new permanent residents. The skilled newcomers and international graduates welcomed under our plan will help create jobs and drive long-term growth in Canada. " this was there in the pathway announcement, so how can anyone be waiting for FSW in 2021? It's obvious isn't it?

FSW will stay for sure, but as far as I am concerned, there may not any FSW draw this whole year. In 2020, they conducted draws cause they wanted to accomplish their set targets. However, this year, with new pathways, FSW will have to wait longer.
