Guys I read a few articles which say

'Canada’s 2021-2023 Immigration Levels Plan will be announced on November 1st, 2020'.

Anyone knows what can be expected from this?

I haven't followed this previously, but don't think they will deviate much of previous years. Maybe they announce the new system, or something like that.
Thoughts from more experienced people who have followed this announcements in the past?

I don't understand the division between PNP and FSW.
The people who are invited through PNP and use those points to their express entry are counted as PNP or FSW?
We might be seeing rounds of over 5000 invitations next year, and, with hope, a decrease in the cut off score.

US election is next week. Maybe there will be a draw next week or the 11th.
I just want the waiting game to be over.
