Ray of Hope - 99th Draw

Long time lurker. Finally decided to dip my feet into the discussion.
Missed out onto the cutoff date for the 3rd time.
It is really exhausting. :p

How are you predicting this? If there was an IELTS exam on 1st Sep, the result will be announced on Sep 14 isn't it? Similarly, Aug 25th IELTS test takers will have results coming on Sep 7th isn't it?

Since you can easily search online what the schedule for IELTS this year looks like, at least in North America, it shows no test date will be held between Aug.18 and Sept.8. If next draw does not skip, then there will be no result coming out for a new test (Sept.8's results will be out on Sept.21).

How do you know when the next draw is? My sister submitted her profile today score is 450.
