Guys, I finally received ITA, but there is a problem.

Initially I had 440 points and registered my profile in early April’18. I expected to get ITA on the 4th of September and I did.

However, somehow in the ITA it’s stated that I have 465 points. I got 25 extra for work experience.

When I registered my profile, I had about 2 years of work experience, and it should count as 3 years only in November. It feels like the system made an error and counted my 2 years and 10 month as 3 years.

What should I do about it? Is it a mistake and my ITA is not valid and if I apply they will not accept my papers?

Thank you!
I think even without extra 25 points you qualify for ITA, go ahead and submit you docs. You should have more points for the current draw to keep on being eligible.

I think that we need to understand that it is the minister that determines the number and the category of immigrants that qualifies for consideration in an express entry draw.

The minister is unlikely to know the cut off CRS when making the decision, since the CRS is as fluid as it can be.
And we think ministry will take decision without even looking at pool. I don't believe that they don't know whats going on in IRCC and decide just like that.

What do you mean by that?
You should be equal to or above the draw cutoff, to pass eligibility that will be accessed during PR application.

You can mention 3 year point story in LoE to avoid any confusion.

As it is stated in the ITA under “ changes to your personal situation”: If your new score is lower than the minimum points score in the round of invitation from which you were invited to apply, you should consider declining this invitation to apply.

Even without 25 extra points I still meet the requirements for the current draw. I hope it will be okay if I accept it.

I had submitted Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Mumbai and 1 Year Post Grad Diploma in business in University of Mumbai.

I was expecting BPharm to be considered as Professional Degree/Masters Degree.

But Unfortunately the result came iut as below from WES:-

1. Bachelors Degree (2013)
2. One year Post Graduate Diploma (2018)

My Work Experience has been from 2013-Present

My question is :-:-

If I apply as Two or More Certificates. And now as you can see my PGDBM 1 year Course is done in 2018 and My bachelor degree was done in 2013.

Do they calculate my work experience from 2013 to present.

Or My Post Graduate Diploma creates issue in that , since it was done in 2018 May.

HR just provided a generic letter and refused to gave what I needed. She is not really helpful at all. So, I asked the CEO who gave me what I wanted, but the company letterpad does not have any email address listed. Should CEO email address suffice. FYI, it does have company phone and fax number and also physical address, but not email address. What do you suggest I should do???
Just write the email address in the last line of the letter with the statement "In case of any query or clarity you may please contact the undersigned at abcde@12345.com or call at 111-111-111"
