My brother applied on 17th September with the score 472. He hasn't received ITA yet. Is there a cut off date or when should we expect to receive ITA?

Got it too bud. All the best !! I guess its as per your application date. So those applied on 17th September. Just hang on a bit more.

Watch all the listening videos and do exactly how he does. My Listening score never dropped below 8.0 in four attempts after watching and implementing the same techniques even without 100% concentration. Good luck!

Oh I thought profiles created a day before the draw sometimes miss out..

Its sad to see cut off not going below 440. The 440 theory looks a reality - seems if they wanted to give ITA to 3750 or 4000, cutoff crs would have dropped below 440
